Board Makeup
The board of the homeowner’s association is a volunteer board of five directors, composed of the Reserve at Patterson Creek homeowners, each member with one equal vote. Homeowners elect the directors to serve two-year terms.
Board Meetings
The Board of Directors meets ten times a year to discuss neighborhood business. Please check the community calendar for the location. The date and time subject to change with prior notification. All meetings are open to the public. Agendas are shared in the calendar event few days in advance.
