The Reserve at Patterson Creek

WHO WE ARE

Established in 1998, today the Reserve at Patterson Creek is one of the most coveted neighborhoods on the east side. Our neighborhood is comprised of 31 homes nestled amongst tall trees on big lots. Located 9 miles from Bellevue and 15 miles east of Seattle, this highly coveted location is only minutes from quintessential Pacific Northwest recreational areas like Lake Sammamish, the Snoqualmie Pass, and variety of hiking trails in the neighboring Cascade Mountains.

The Reserve has proven to be a comfortable and safe place to live and raise a
family. Our community welcomes and celebrates families of all sizes, races, ethnicities, backgrounds, and sexual orientations.

WHAT WE DO

The purpose of the Association is to provide for maintenance, preservation, care and architectural control of the buildings, grounds, and common areas of The Reserve at Patterson Creek.

But our mission is to foster a connected community across the 31 families within the Reserve. We encourage residents to get involved and offer many opportunities throughout the year to do so. We take pride in maintaining a special place for neighbors to connect & grow together through the
common Reserve thread.

WHY THE RESERVE

The Reserve at Patterson Creek is more than it’s coveted location. It is a place defined by the residents that make up our welcoming, connected, and friendly neighborhood. Choosing to live within the confines of our neighborhood is more than choosing a home that suits your needs. Choosing to live in the Reserve means choosing to be a part of an active, diverse, and bonded community that is ready to welcome you home with open arms.
